Sale of flat

Dear Sir,

I am Ritesh Chandra taken loan from ur bank my loan account no.-LBMUM00001460407.I want to sale my flat to Mr. Omprakash Sharma, but your icici home finance legal dept. asking for ulc noc.

since I am working in pvt sect. cann't purchase ulc scheme flat.

so why your legal dept want ulc clearance.

plz verify.on that basis I will put the complain to consumer court.because while purchasing this flat no body informed me that Icann't sale my flat for two years because it comes under ulc scheme. The clause mention in agreement "the dewlling unit which the scheme holder can sell in the open market shall not be permitted to resold or otherwise transferred for a period of two years from the date of possession of the dewlling unit." this clause is mentioned in all the occupant of vasdev complex.

for ur knowledge so many flat resale on that building with the same clause mention in agreement like Satayprakash yadav flatno-202.there are 15 case resale of flat with same clause in that building with icici bank.

I request ur team to help me out of this problem.
