Home Loan denied due to defaulte

Dear Sir,

Recently, I had applied for home loan with Citibank, Mumbai.

After a week, I was with utter surprise, that, Citibank denied the loan on the pretext that my name appears on defaulter list.

It is with utter surprise that as a good citizen, I have re-paying all my debts on time to the financial institutions but it is really unknown that which institutuion has submitted my name to your organisation.

In the event, if any of the institution has submitted my name, I must know the name of the institution to counter the allegations.

I too have sufficient documents against the banks, who have forged my signature in the agreemnts copy for recovering higher interest rate.

Atleast, I must be given a chance to submit myself and claim justice.

I await for your response and look forward to remove my name from the defaulters list at the earliest and avail of the credit facility.
