Loan Approved by bank for illegal property

Respected Sir,

This to bring to your notice that we bought a property in Greenfields Colony, Faridabad, from a local builder, for which the loan was approved by Birla Home Finance. The property that we purchased was never informed to us, is not construced the way Law appoved it to be.

This came to our notice only after 3 years, when we tried to transfer our loan from BHW to SBI, where we were rejected on the grounds that the construction of the building is not as per approval map. The land which has been sold to us is a terrance shown in records and the same has been sold to another party.

We have the reports and papers to show and request to file a case against the Builder and the Bank.
