Lost PDC cheque by dma

I submit the pdc cheque to your executive Mr. Mukesh Mishra whos Dma Astute, they lost the cheque and not submit the cheque to bank. my emi had not deposited. your executive told me to issue the fresh cheque for Emi.

my complaint is, I am not resposible for delay payments of Emi and also not responsible for any fraud done by your executive & ICICI Bank pay to me stop payment charges.
