Meaningless service charges

Hello,

I called up ICICI customer care to request for a copy of sale deed documents. The service charge by ICICI is Rs. 500 which is meaningless. I agree to the fact that nothing comes for free but I really donot understand this number 500. For xerox and courier I can think of max 100Rs. For their service even if they charge another 100Rs, max I can think is 200Rs. ICICI bank is looting people and I would request every Indian not to support a Bank like ICICI. They are swallowing our hard earned money.

Any support or help in this regard is very much appreciated.
