Efund amount not received

I have purchased by cash (Rs. 2899.00) home delivery Bleu mobile phone - 453X from Home shop 18 on dated 23/09 & Order no. 700490347 & sub order no.70504080 & product no. 33841 and Merchant name & no PTIPL (175).

Some technical problem (Mobile not working) i have sent this mobile to home shop 18 on dated 27/01 by indian speed post no. SP EN 626917618 IN. UPPAL SO

Till date i have not received refund amount from home shop 18 & I have loosing around 800 Rs. for communication to home shop 18.
