Non delivery of product

I ordered one combo polar pack of Rs. 1999/-. My ordered no. 700570138 dtd 18/10 & payment done thru credit card & Rs 1999/- has been debited from my account. Till date i have not received my product. My repeated follow up with customer care they are assuring me to deliver with in one week or three working days.

Please help me to get my refund.
