Warranty cheat

I purchased a " JXD 1 GB MEDIA PLAYER" from home shop 18 on 10 Jul.its camera started having some some problem after some time. it was under warranty (up to 10 Jan). i sent it on 16 dec.they got it on 23 dec. from 31 dec till now i havw been inquiring them on phone about my product (replacement/repair/refund). they just say that the work is still in progress. call after 5 days. uptill now i have called them around 15 times since 31 dec.
