Non execution of complain dated 22-05-09

This is to inform you that I had placed an order at Homeshop18 company on 14-05 which is being approved on 15-05-09 & I get it on 22-05-09 via courier. On the same day itself I had file a complain against that product by informing it to one of their executive but I haven't receive any response from their side yet. I am not at all appreciating the services of thiscompany. I would like to gave them some suggestions too.
