One of our customers Mr. Nandanwar has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of Wespro 5 Mega Pixel Digital Camcorder Model No: DV504: on his blog posted on 2nd July.
He had bought the product on 24th April and only after two months of purchase, on 2nd July he complained that he was not satisfied with the clarity of the picture and required us to exchange the same with an upgraded model. However, at Homeshop18 we do not have any exchange policy of the product. We spoke to him and identified he was not well versed with usage of various menu settings in the camera. We have advised him to personally visit the nearest service center and take a demonstration on how to use different features available in the product.
Hope this will serve his purpose and he will find the camera to his satisfaction.
