No invoice and warranty card issued two have passed doing follow up

I had purchased a refrigerator online from homeshop18 in April and complain no. is 1499714, but i doing lot of follow up i had got the delivery of refrigerator but i did not got the invoice and warranty card as i am doing the follow up from last two month but every time i am getting wrong committments and false promises that in this week u will get but such a pathetic service i will get i have dreamed also.
