One of our customers Ms. Shekar has raised a concern regarding non receipt of refund for his order of his order of Sigmatel Mobile Phone Model No: FXDS77 on her blog posted on 30h June.

Due to unfortunate oversight at our end refund for her order value could not be processed. However, we have now refunded the amount to her credit card through which the transaction was done on 1st July.

This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
