One of our customers Mr. Pandey has raised a concern regarding non receipt of invoice and warranty card for his order of Whirlpool Refrigerator Single Door 180L Genius Premier on his blog posted on 3rd July.

Invoice was not sent to him due to an unfortunate oversight on part of our business partner M/s Whirlpool India Ltd. However, they have now dispatched invoice number # 1203619768 dated 9th May through Prakash Courier vide Air waybill Number dated 425006831 dated 4th July. Further, this invoice shall be treated as a warranty card.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
