Order not yet got

Sirs,

I have shop online and ordered for a pearl jewellery set to home shop 18 on 20/06/09 and i got order no 701334357from them and later get confirmation saying that your order no 71379117 has been shipped

and delivered within 3 working days. My cancard visa had been debited Rs 900 being the cost of

the jewellery and not yet i get the order..What should I do? How will I get my money back or the order.
