Efund problem

I placed order No 701396109 for Olumpus DigiCam FE25 on Homeshop 18. I returned it back due to following problems existing init i.e. Power backup, No audio in video recording, lance of camara too many time jammed. I returned it with TNT courier (Homeshop18 partner courier). Its almost passed 24 days but no refund was made to me and I also acknowledge one correction in name my name is RAMESH KUMAR SINGH and you are processing all of my queries by name of RAMESH SINGH. How many days later I get back my refund. Its just opposite the claim you are making on TV shows that with in 15 days you refund back money. I am making many calls to your call centre and spending too much money and not receiving any response from your site and I have left no any other option to go the consumer court and claim my refund.
