Defective mobile

We have ordered a sigmatel touch screen mobile phone model no.- S30 on 23rd august to home shop 18 on telephone no- 18601800918.. order no- 701549418 .they have delivered mobile by blue dart courier. we received the courier on 1st september at 7 pm. we made payment for this productby city bank credit card with 3 emi. we opened the courier and we found the screen of the mobile was broken..soon we complained home shop 18 on above toll free no-18601800918. our complain no is 1929000. they have replied that they would change the product in a week... but still they have not provided us the replacement.we have called 5 times on home shop 18's phone no. for at least half an hour everytime.still there is no response...
