One of our customers Ms. Merhrolia has raised a concern regarding non receipt of the product for her order of Whirlpool 20 Ltr Grill Microwave Oven with Starter Kit and Cookbook on her blog posted on 29th September.

The order was scheduled for delivery by our business partner M/s Whirlpool India Ltd through their local dealer network. However, they were earlier unable to deliver the product due to unforeseen reasons. The delivery of the order has been expedited today. Ms. Merhrolia has confirmed receipt of the Microwave.

This is a rare incidence which has occurred amidst the quality standards we provide to our valued customers.
