One of our customers Ms. Trivedi has raised a concern regarding non receipt of replacement for her order of Sigmatel Touch Screen Mobile Phone Model No: S30 on her blog posted on 27th September.

Due to unfortunate oversight at our end replacement for her order value could not be arranged. However, we have now taken back the damaged product and refunded the order value to her Citibank credit card on 1st October.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
