One of our customers Ms. Tiwari has raised a concern regarding non receipt of her order for Kenstar Juicer Mixer Grinder & Jaipan 2 Pcs Non-Stick Combo on her blog posted on 30th September.

We received an overwhelming response for this product; hence our business partner M/s Videocon exhausted the stocks for this model. Due to festive rush, it took them a little longer time to procure the fresh stocks. The product has been delivered to her on 12th October’09. However, she requires us to take back the product and refund her order value which is being arranged.

As stated by Ms. Tiwari herself this incidence is just as an exception to her earlier experience with HomeShop18.
