One of our customers Mr. Sharma has raised a concern regarding non receipt of his order of Samsung 8.1 Megapixel Digital Camera Model No: ES10on his blog posted on 19th October.

On receipt of his complaint, we have taken up the matter with our courier partner M/s First Flight. The product has been delivered to Mr. Sharma on 20th October.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
