Product not delivered

Hi,

My son has ordered “Philips 2GB MP3 Player with FM model No.: SA1928-97 on 27 Oct. It has almost 1 month but product has not yet delivered to me. I am calling to Homeshop 18 customer care from last 1 week for the information and every time they are saying that it will be delivered but they are not in a position to give me the exact information. Also they are not refunding the money back to my account.
