One of our customer Ms Anita Krishnan has raised a concern regarding non receipt of Jewellery set against her order of Special-5 Gold-plated Sets with Rich Pearl Work: on her blog posted on 19 th December.
We have taken up the matter with our business partener M/s Vendee Fashions and investigated the matter with Madhur courier through which the customer had sent the product and they confirmed delay at their end, finally the product was delivered to our vendor on 28 th December. Also, we have spoken with Ms. Krishnan and initiated refund of the order value ..
Hope this will serve her purpose and the complaint is closed to her satisfaction.
