One of our customers Mr. G Kishore Kumar has raised a concern regarding Defect in Inalsa Juicer Mixer Grinder on his blog posted on 14 th January.

In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Inalsa.

We spoke to him and advised him to send the product back to the Inalsa service centre in Hyderabad for the replacement through our courier.

Hope this will serve his purpose and he will find the new product to his satisfaction.
