One of our customers Mr. Rakesh Verma has raised a concern regarding non receipt of memory card and Bluetooth application problem of his order of Imedia Touch Screen Mobile Phone - Itouch on his blog posted on 5 th February.

We spoke to him regarding the problem being faced and further our vendor has troubleshooted the same.

Memory card was not sent to him due to an unfortunate oversight on part of our business partner M/s Mediatech India. However, they have now dispatched memory card through First flight courier.

Hope this will serve his purpose and he will find the product to his satisfaction.
