Response on blog posted by Mr.by Mohideen Abdul Khader on 23 th February

One of our customers Mr. Mohideen Abdul Khader has raised a concern regarding non receipt of refund for his order of Pink Hobo on his blog posted on 23 th February.

Please note due to overwhelming response received for the product we have exhausted our stocks for the said product. Since the fresh stocks are not expected to arrive in the near future, we have refunded the order value vide Cheque Number # 822844 on 20 th February and same was confirmed received by customer on 26 th February.

We request you to treat this incidence as an exception and not as a yardstick to evaluate the quality of service we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
