One of our customers Mr. Srikanth V has raised a concern regarding non receipt of order for Whirlpool 20 L Grill Elect Microwave Starter Kit Cookbook Combo

on his blog posted on 14 th March.

In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s. Whirlpool India.

Further we have spoken to customer and he has confirmed receipt of the product.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
