One of our customers Ms. Ashu Vashishtha has raised a concern regarding non receipt of order for 24Kt Gold-plated Necklace Sets in a Nice Floral Pattern

by Knex Fashions on her blog posted on 26 th March.

Our business partner M/s Knex Fashions has shipped the order on 15 th March through their courier partner M/s DTDC .

The matter has been strongly taken up with the courier.

Since she confirmed non receipt of the same, our business partner has reshipped the product to the customer through Tnt courier and we spoke to customer and she has confirmed receipt of product on 27 th March.

This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
