One of our customers Mr. Shivesh Kaura has raised a concern regarding delivery of his order of Whirlpool 20 Ltr Mech Grill Microwave with Reebok Watch & Starter Kit on his blog posted on 1 st April.

In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Whirlpool India and instructed them to deliver the product as promised.

Further we have spoken and received postive feedback regarding his satisfaction with the product received.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
