One of our customers Mr. Kuldeep Kumar has raised a concern regarding non receipt of refund for his order 80 Pc Impact Drill Machine Kit by Kenz Tools

on his blog posted on 21 st April.

In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Kenz Tool.

We have spoken to customer and refunded the order value for the same.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
