One of our customers Mr. Chanchal Pal has raised a concern regarding delivery of his order of Voltas Window Air Conditioner - 1.5 Ton Vertis Plus 2 Star

on his blog posted on 3 th May.

He had ordered for product on 14 th April with a commitment of delivery in 10 working days. However, we had to follow up with vendor M/s Voltas India for delivery of the order and the same got delivered on 8 th May.

Since we received overwhelming responses for the said product so our business partner M/s Voltas India were not able to service the order on committed time.

Further we have spoken to customer and he has confirmed his satisfaction with the product received.

Such feedbacks provide us an opportunity to improve our services and make a delightful and memorable shopping experience at all times.
