One of our customers Mr. Husain Sarkar has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of No: 703793790 on his blog posted on 16 th June.
In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Airfone.
He has sent back his product and we have refunded his order value on 24 th June back to his credit card through which the transaction was done.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
