One of our customers Mr. Bivas Nath has raised a concern regarding non Functional Reebok Watch for his order Reebok Combo - 2 Polo T-shirts Shoes Sunglasses Watch - XL-10.

In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Reebok.

He has sent back the watch and we have reshipped the same through First Flight courier and he has confirmed receipt of the same.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
