One of our customers Mr. Pankaj Kumar has raised a concern regarding non receipt of his order of Intex 5.1 Channel DVD Player & 5.1 Channel Home Theatre System on his blog posted on 30 th June.
In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Intex Technologies and Gati courier.
Further we are refunding the order value to customer through cheque.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
