One of our customers Mr. Anil Mahapatra has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order for Vox 1GB MP3-MP4 Player Model No: VX-1100 on his blog posted on 26 th June.

We spoke to him and identified the problem and further advised him to send the product through our courier back to our vendor.

We shall arrange replacement of the product on receipt of the product back from him.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
