One of our customers Mr. Rajkumar Goyal has raised a concern regarding delivery of his order of 3 Channel Steel Structure Helicopter with Infrared Remoteon his blog posted on 15 th August.
In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Delhi Haat and has reshipped the product to the customer through Blue Dart courier.
It shall be delivered to him in 3-4 working days.
This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
