One of our customers Mr. Nisargshah has raised a concern regarding receipt of different design for his order of Black Stone with White Pearls Drop Chain Set on his blog posted on 25 th August.

In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Milan Pearl.

He has sent back his product back through our nominated courier and we are refunding his order value through cheque.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
