One of our customers Ms Minal Kataria has raised a concern regarding delivery of her order of IFB Elena Dx - 5.5 Kg Front Loading Washing Machine on her blog posted on 23 th August.
She had ordered for the product with a commitment of delivery in 10 working days but due to overwhelming response received for the product delivery was delayed and she had to follow up with HomeShop18 .
Further, the same got delivered to her on 30 th August.
She has confirmed satisfaction with the product received.
