Failed to Deliver the order!

Hi,

I have placed an order on 4th of Oct bearing order no.900819279. once I ordered the product I was assured it will delivered within next 48 hours at my home, as this is some kind of express service for festival season. But the height of the thing is, I haven't received the product yet neither I received a call regarding this. I was making the calls and asking them about the product. Finally I was told that the product has reached Jammu and is at courier office. As the product has to be delivered at my home but the Courier service[first flight] is saying I have to collect the product from there office because they cant deliver it at my residence. what kind of nonsense is this? when I was assured I will get the the same at my home why I have to collect it from there courier office? this is totally irresponsibility of Home Shop 18 who had selected this kind of service.

this kind of service is not accepted or else they should mention it clearly.

I had faced humiliation due to this, I could't gift it at time when it was required. I strongly recommend action should be taken against the Home Shop and Courier service.
