Non receipt of dvd sent for repairs

I purchased DVD player thru. Home shop 18 & when it suddenly stopped functioning, I sent it for repairs to Delhi as per the instructions of their customer care division. Surprisingly till date, I have neither received my DVD player back nor any feedback. I hv evenwarned them about consumer court but till date nothing hv been done frm their side. If I knw that Home shop 18 is not so reliable company, I would hv never purchased anything frm them. Regards. PRASHANT
