Harassing the customer & not delivering “ Order No. 901206475”

Hello,

This is regarding order number 901206475 Product name DEMONTE storage set which was ordered on 2nd Nov’10 & we received as acknowledge massage & mail also that this Your order will be delivered to you within the next 7-8 working days.

But I didn’t received any product or information 10th, on 11the I received a massage from Bluedart i.e. “order from HomeShop18 will reach you thru BlueDart vide Awb 58581750625on or after 12-Nov-10. Kindly keep Rs. 1198 ready in cash to receive the same” I assume that the product will be reach me within 2-3 working day but its not received/ any information about the delivery till 15th than I call to blue dart customer care on 011- 66111234 & executive said its address incomplete (and this my 4th order to HomeShop18) I given to complete address with land mark & the executive ensured that the product will be delivered by tomorrow (i.e. 16th Nov) but its not delivered again I called on 16th evening to blue Dart got feedback that we are arrange to deliver by tomorrow but again no response from blue Dart again I call to blue Dart & got feedback that blue dart executive were went to the address but it found lock where as we have not lock since 12th. After such irritated response from Blue dart, I decided to call to HomeShope18 on 18th morning talk to your executive told these story the executive taken my concern with complaint number - 61862703 & ensure the they will take care with BlueDert, but again there is no response from HomeShop18 also, I again called on 22nd Nov to know the status the executive was behaving very rudely & telling me, why you are not coordinating with Bluedart, I again said all scenario to the executive (I am missing the name of EXE) than I got confirmation that the same will be resolve by today but again there is no response. And today evening I called your customer care & they are saying that your order is returned & now stock not available.

My concern is….

1. After delivering 3 order on the same address, how it could be incomplete address? and who is faulty for this?

2. How softly a customer can coordinate? I called 3 time to BlueDart after their TAT & 3 time to HomeShop18 & finally got response that you order is returned & now stock not available.

3. What is your feedback of your on this?

4. What is your delivery TAT & complaint resolution process.
