Sound Quality Very Bad

My first complaint has been already reached to u by E-mail, but no attention or action has been taken till now date. So, i request second time again that my DVD player which i had taken from ur HOME SHOP 18, that DVD is sounding very bad no clearity in sound. My previous Complaint No.763791 was on dated 01-12-08.
