Sir, I purchase a mobile phone of orion company from homeshop18 and it went out of order after a month. It is under 1 year warrenty..I have sent it to them for repair but it is now more than 30 days..they are not returning .on contacting them thru their call centre, I get a rehoteric that your complaint have been forwarded to concerned dept and it will reach u in 8 - 10 working days..these 8-10 woking days doesn't seems to get over..I have sent them a reminder thru speed post already telling them that they should return my mobile back else I wud be forced to file a complaint against them in consumer forum..Since I am facing this situation first time therefore requesting u to guide futher to proceed ahead
