No replacement of product on having afault in the waranty period

Homeshop18 is not replacing my product it is having an fault. they have given us 15 day money back gaurantee and product got falt in that gaurantee period but they and tell us to co-operate and has changed the product but product again got the fault it is in warranty period and now they are not picking the product through courier as there procedure is. when i have costomer care they just cut the line when i confired my name.there delivery pick up is 166312 and my complaint number is 74099 as suggested earlier by ther costomer care
