Not refunding the payment

I buy a new 1 gb mp3 player from homeshop18 on june 03, they deliver the product on june 11, but that product was not fine.i talk to the homeshop18 custumer care exective.he guide me to replace the prtoduct.& then i send it back to the vendors on june 13 .after that i got that product on 28.07.09.but again this product is not fine.& now they are not refunding my money.they are forcing me to replacing this product again.
