I am not satisfied with HS 18 product and service

HS 18 denied for refund back of my money though I sent back the product after dissatisfactions.

I booked a jewelery set through order no 702134801 which product code is 42779 & received the same on 26th Dec 09.When I check the product I came to know that one of pearl necklace is missing & others were fully or partly damaged. So I tried to return the same & as per instructions of HS 18 I booked the same on 3rd Jan 10 through First Flight Courier. After that When I call for refund back of money they tried to convinced me for replacement & also denied for money refund. Where as HS 18 adds that “you will get refund of money in case dissatisfied with the product with in 15 days of delivery. My complaint no is 2733743.HS 18 are professional cheaters. Plz take some urgent actions on which I shall be very grateful to you.
