I am not satisfied with your product and neither with your service and reply

I had purchased Skyhawk 3-Channel Gyroscope Infrared Metal Helicopter with Remote. it was not in function hence i called customer care just a minute after arrival of courier. after talking to them they told me to return the product. but now even after spending on sending them they are naot giving any siort of response, sir please help me since 1700 rupees matters me a lot, and i think hs18 has broked my faith which i had on hs18. if this problem wont be solved i will be going to case on them in consumer court in next ten or 11 days. so please take urgent and necessary action.
