Asking for recovery amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was part for Home Solutions Retail India Ltd. (Future Group) for 2 years. I left the company on 1st September. As per company rules i was suppose to give a month notice but, due to some reasons i could give only a weeks notice. At that point of time they told me that i would not get any full & final settlement as my notice period was too short. I had no problem with it, i just wanted them to clear my PF proceedings. When i asked them to give the form, i was told to go and purchase the forms from outside, as they did not had any. I urgently had a work outside Mumbai, for which i left in next two days, so i could not complete the procedure at that time.

Now at this active date, when i want to clear the PF from the company they are not at all giving proper instructions. Even the HRs have changed. I have purchased the forms from outside. I just need their stamp & sign, and even for that they are now telling me that i have to give them my one month salary as a recovery amount.

I don't understand when i had given a weeks notice to them, and i also had my some paid leaves remaining cant they adjust the same and close my file. I am in need of money right now, and my PF is only way. If you can help me in any ways i will be really obliged.

I just need to clear any left proceedings from their sides. If they have any problem submitting the form i will myself go to PF office and do it. But i just need the company to answer properly to my queries and help me out.
