Installation of the product, racold geyse

On 15th Aug I purchased Racold geyser (Eterno next SPH) from Home Solutions Retail India Ltd., 92/4, Vanshee Towers, Outer ring road, Near Innovative Multiplex, Marathahally, Bangalore - 560 037.(a unit of Pantaloon retails)

They were supposed to install the product within threedays after the purchase, but no one has turned up till now.

I have repeatedly called to Home town & requested them arrange to send the serviceman to install the product. They said that they will be sending service men but no one has come till now.

Now am fed up with their service I want to return the product & claim the amount with detention charges.
