Problem with BSNL (Noida) Connection

I am a customer of BSNL NOIDA (Sector 62), have subscription no. 31640905 and Telephone no. 0120-2400140. I have been facing lot of trauma due to the negligence of the BSNL services. For last 10 days they have disconnected my outgoing calls, without valid reason. Before, that they interrupted the broad band services for a week and now neither Broad Band, nor the Telephone is working. Through this complaint, I wish to get the full compensation of Rs. 2 Lakhs, which I lost due to negligence of the BSNL.
