Very Very Bad Service & Incompetent Service Person

Dear Sir,
I had purchased this SONY Home theatre (Model No DAV-DZ120K) of mine couple of years back, And it worked fine for intial one year. After that I am repairing it once in every three months, there is one problem or other, . I dont know whether the service center (Plasma Vision -Goregoan, Mumbai, India) is not able to repair it properly & fleecing me the service charges bill of minimum Rs 1250 every time, or the quality of the product is bad, Also the service persons employed by the service center dont look competent enough to handle the repairs of reputed Sony product.
Kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis before I & like me many more feel they have made a mistake by purchasing a SONY product.
